Ngaire Anderson is a qualified professional leadership coach, mental health and wellbeing advocate, and an executive with over 22 years’ experience across public, private and not-for-profit sectors.
Following her earlier consulting work in marketing, Ngaire pursued a passion for supporting others, leading to a successful career in the healthcare and government sectors.

- Executive (government, health service, and health finance organisations)
A seasoned non-executive director for over 9 years, Ngaire has held leadership roles including board chair of a public hospital, and various deputy chair and subcommittee chair roles across healthcare, not-for-profit and government sectors.
Ngaire holds a Diploma in Leadership Coaching, Bachelor of Health Science, Master of Business Administration, is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and is undertaking a Doctor of Business Administration in the area of mental health and workplaces.
